WASHINGTON, D.C. – During a U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies hearing today, U.S. Senator Roy Blunt (Mo.) questioned U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sylvia Burwell regarding the FY2016 budget request for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Blunt, who serves as Chairman of the subcommittee, questioned Burwell about mental health, the 2015 Dietary Guidelines, Risk Corridors, Recovery Audit Contractors (RACs), and the King v. Burwell Supreme Court case.
