WASHINGTON, D.C. – During the Senate Republican Leadership Stakeout today, U.S. Senator Roy Blunt (Mo.) emphasized the negative consequences of the Environmental Protection Agency’s WOTUS rule. Under this rule, the EPA will have authority over 99.7 percent of Missouri which will create more permitting requirements for Missourians and stifle economic and job growth.
